Accessibility Standards

We are committed to making our products accessible so they can benefit as many people as possible, while promoting social inclusion. This accessibility statement applies to our Thalamos Assess and CQC products.

Compliance status

Our products are partially compliant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.1 AA standard. We are not fully compliant with the accessibility standards because of the following shortfalls:

  • Buttons, icons and input fields do not have accessible names.
  • Images element do not have descriptive, alternate text.
  • Page content is not always contained by landmarks.
  • Headings occasionally skip levels that convey the semantic structure of the page.
  • Text and non-text contrast requirements are not always met.

These requirements have not been met due to product constraints. We are continuously reviewing features that do not meet accessibility standards and implementing improvements where possible.

What we are doing to improve accessibility

To improve our accessibility and enhance user experience, we have adopted the following practices:

  • Integrating accessibility standards from the beginning of our product development process.
  • Improving design by testing our products with a variety of people and incorporating their feedback.
  • Rethinking accessibility as a core requirement for greater consistency.
  • Training our people to ensure accessibility knowledge is widespread in every part of Thalamos.
