Thalamos is delighted to announce that Daniel Luxembourger has joined the team as Head of Engineering.
The COVID-19 outbreak has seen an additional strain put on NHS services. Daniel’s appointment as Head of Engineering will help Thalamos accelerate its product development to help support the additional needs of the NHS and its new adapted ways of working.
Daniel joins from 87%, where he was Director of Technology. 87% is a platform designed to measure, understand and improve wellbeing in the workplace. Daniel has over 20 years of experience leading projects and building software primarily within start ups. He has experience in several industries including business services, technology and financial services. More recently Daniel has shifted his focus to deploying his skills in health technology and, in particular, mental healthcare.

Thalamos’ overarching ambition is to create a digital care-pathway for mental healthcare. A digital means of supporting people from the point at which they are experiencing a crisis through to supporting them to manage their own healthcare. Daniel’s appointment is an integral part of achieving this ambition.
